Volunteer with Shorelake

There is a tremendous amount of work that is required to organize soccer games for all the Shorelake kids and their families every fall.

We invite all parents of Shorelake families to give back to the club by volunteering in some capacity. This may mean assisting with being a coach or manager of a team, setting up fields, or perhaps taking on an administrative role with our Board of Directors. In whatever capacity your volunteerism takes you, we welcome your assistance.

Coaches and Team Managers

No experience is necessary to begin your coaching career. There are numerous resources for training sessions at all age and experience levels available from Shorelake, SYSA, WYS, and US Soccer. Whether you are a head coach or assistant coach, the time you spend working with your players and seeing them develop will be incredibly rewarding.

Team managers are an invaluable resource to coaches and parents. They help with travel arrangements, snack schedules, picture day, city tournament registration, and whatever else is helpful to the team.

Board of Directors

The Shorelake Soccer Club Board of Directors is an all volunteer team working to make the club run. While many Board Members are also coaches, many also look to give back to the club through volunteering on the Board.
