SYSA League (Ages 9-18)

For players ages 9-18, teams in the greater Seattle area play each other through the Seattle Youth Soccer Association (SYSA).

Players in the SYSA League play at fields in Seattle and Shoreline, against teams from different clubs. Licensed referees are used, scores are kept, and league standings are monitored. All aspects of league play are organized and managed by SYSA, see the SYSA website for additional information.

  • Practices - Practices are twice a week starting in late August. Team rosters and practice schedules are finalized mid-August (families will receive an email).

Games - Games are each weekend starting in September and run through November.

City Tournament - Some teams elect to participate in the end of year SYSA City Tournament which runs from late-November to mid-December.

  • The following modifications are made based on the players age division. See SYSA Rules and Regulations for additional information.

Field sizes are taken into consideration as much as possible during scheduling to allow younger players on fields with smaller dimensions and older players on full size fields.
